Identification
A small millipede (to 8mm in length) characteristic appearance - a pinkish-purple colour with a tiny pointed head bearing two large black ocelli.

Distribution and Habitat
An introduced species first recorded from the Tropical Rainforest Biome at Eden Project, Cornwall, in 2003 (Read, 2008). In 2016 it was also found inside tropical glasshouses at RHS Wisley Gardens (Lee et al., 2019)
