Lithobius erythrocephalus is a centipede of doubtful status in the British Isles, with no confirmed records.
Although described and figured in the published identification guides by Tony Barber (2008 & 2009) this species is not included within the identification keys. This is another centipede with spine 15 VaC on the coxae of the last legs.
Distribution and Habitat
A species of doubtful status in the British Isles, with a few unconfirmed records up to the 1930s.
