Geophilomorphs - forciples

The darkly pigmented Strigamia species are distinct in having an obvious prominent tooth (basal node) at the base of the poison claw. 

The small pallid species Schendyla dentata and Nothogeophilus turki also have a prominent basal node (and also a tooth on the femoroid below). 

All other Geophilomorph centipede have a small barely discernible  basal node at most.
