Brachyiulus lusitanus Verhoeff, 1898

Identification

This recent British discovery is identical in appearence to the common Brachyiulus pusillus Only mature males of the two species can be separated (immatures and females cannot be identified).

Distribution and Habitat

Only known from the Eden Project (Outdoor Biome), Cornwall, where it occur in the gardens in association with B.pusillus.
